In this project Harry’s Construction demolished a garage. They added a French drain to collect water from the back yard to send it to a storm drain at the bottom of the driveway. Next they added clean fill to the area once occupied by the garage and built a deck and stairs over the whole area. 

Vinyl covered posts and vinyl railing along with synthetic lumber decking added to the cost of this project. However the finished product is almost completely maintenance free.
